INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data

 

Purposes and methods of data processing

DE.CA. Srl, as data controller, informs that the collected data will be stored and processed with guarantees of security and secrecy in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation and will be used solely and exclusively for the fulfillment of the assignment received and for information communications sent online by DE.CA. Srl, as well as for the obligations established by law. The processing of data can be done in paper, electronic and automated. The transmitted data will not be in any way communicated in any way to third parties except the prior and express consent of the interested party. Only the Data Processor, processors and persons in charge of managing DE.CA Srl's hardware and software systems may become aware of their data.

 

Nature of the provision of data

The nature of the provision of data is optional but any refusal in whole or in part could make it impossible to provide answers to communications sent via the site www.de-ca.com.

 

Type of data acquired and processed

The user is requested not to provide information that constitutes sensitive data of his own or of third parties, in particular relating to health, without having previously given his consent to treatment in the form of law.

 

Navigation data

The computerized and telematic systems and software procedures for the useful functioning of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the web communication protocols or is useful for the better management and optimization of the site (eg IP addresses, URL addresses, domain names, time of requests, file size, other parameters related to the user's operating system). This acquisition, which takes place exclusively for statistical purposes or to monitor the correct functioning of the site, has no commercial purpose, nor is it aimed in any way at the identification of the user.

For the pursuit of the purposes set out in this statement and within the limits of what is strictly necessary, the data will be processed by the Data Controller and by its employees, collaborators and / or specially appointed representatives. The data may be disclosed to third parties indicated in the "information" only for the accomplishment of the assignment and are not intended for dissemination.

 

Cookies

The above Recommendation (No. 2/2001) defines cookies as "a computerized record of information transmitted by a web server to a user's computer for future identification of such computer at the time of future visits to the same website".
